Crated Unit Warranty - We offer a 30 Day Parts Only Warranty for all units purchased in the crates. 1 Year Warranty for engines. Old parts must be brought in to receive the new part. Gravity Complex is not responsible for any parts after the 30 Day Warranty expires. We do not answer any questions about assembly.
Assembled Warranty - We offer a 30 Day Parts/Labor Warranty for all units that are purchased with assembly cost. 1 Year Warranty for engines. We do not cover units from misuse or any wrecked units. Gravity Complex is not responsible for any repairs after the 30 Day Warranty expires.
Replacement Parts: We can order most parts directly from the manufacturer. Please allow time for parts to arrive. We will not order any parts unless paid in full first. In most cases you can order parts directly from Amazon or Ebay. It is cheaper and quicker to do so.
Repairs: We offer repairs after your warranty period expires for assembled/crate units. Pricing varies depending on the issue.
